公式一:A×B×C=电缆轴可以缠绕电缆米数，本公式适用于高压成品及电缆外径大概在40mm及以上（A=轴心宽除以线缆外径尺寸再减一的到一层可以缠绕电缆的圈数)(B=轴梆深度除以线缆外径尺寸再减一得到一轴可以缠绕电缆的层数)（C=轴高减一边轴梆深度乘以3.14得到本轴上中下几层的平均以后的每圈电缆米数）
公式二:①×②×③=电缆轴所可以缠绕电缆米数，注:本公式适用于低压及电缆外径在10mm到40mm之间的电缆①=轴心宽除以线径尺寸再减二②=轴梆深度除以线径尺寸再减二③=轴高减一边轴梆深度乘以3.14。
木轴的大概尺寸，一般普通的木轴高度除以二得到轴心宽度，例如:2米的轴除以二得1，就是说两米轴大概就是1米宽，2.2米的木轴就是1.1米宽，从而得到木轴的轴心数据。轴梆深度没有具体数据，不过大概总结一下1.2米轴梆深度35cm1.4米的40cm1.6m的40cm1.8m的45cm2.0m的50cm2.2m的55cm2.4m的55cm2.6m的60cm2.8m的70cm
这都是大概数据，仅供参考，现在知道这些数据了就可以代入公式了！例如高压YJV22/3×300的线径尺寸大概82mm，用2.4m普通的轴就可以算:60cm=600mm÷82mm=7.3≈7-1=6层轴心宽1200mm÷82mm=14.6≈14-1=13圈轴高2.6m-0.6m=2m×3.14=6.28然后全部相乘6×13×6.28=489.8米
